The hotel seemed overwhelmed with breakfast issues but had a decent room setup for families. Rooms were not well-serviced and had a strong smoke smell, making the stay less comfortable. The location lacked seating options and felt rough in the surroundings.
The hotel is located in a good compromise area between the pleasure of staying one more night in Paris and the convenience of being close to the airport. The rooms are unremarkable but comfortable enough, consisting of 2 bedrooms with twin beds, which was ideal for our family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 8. The service, however, lacked friendliness and effective communication, making interactions a bit challenging. The location is in a nice and quiet area, slightly out of sorts beside a major road, but it would be helpful if they opened a backside entrance for easier access. The dining options were a tad expensive for what was available. Facilities were basic but satisfactory.
